I often get asked about bid writing courses. In my experience there is nothing better than on-the-job training.
I work with people on live tender opportunities and coach them through the bid writing process. As well as being a real-life situation it also has the benefit of being time driven. Being able to work to a deadline is crucial. During the bid writing course process most of the critical aspects of bid writing will be covered. Each will be the focus for coaching, and learning techniques will be applied. Help and advice will be given throughout the process.
Once the bid has been completed and submitted we will review and agree what needs focus next time, and refine the training plan accordingly.
